At Hudson Finance, preserving and growing investor wealth is the foundation of everything we do. Our mission is to deliver strong returns while maintaining a sharp focus on capital preservation. We structure every investment around registered first mortgages, carefully selected and assessed to protect our investors' interests. We also maintain conservative lending standards, often tighter than traditional banks, and offer full transparency giving investors the opportunity to review each security property before choosing to invest. By empowering our investors with choice and providing access to regular monthly interest payments, we aim to build long-term partnerships based on trust, performance, and confidence.
Hudson Finance is committed to helping borrowers achieve their goals by providing tailored, flexible lending solutions. We understand that every project is different, and our mission is to provide fast, reliable funding to support progress and success. As a locally owned and operated wholesale funder, we offer borrowers the flexibility larger lenders can’t, making upfront decisions without unnecessary delays. We typically fund loans between $100,000 and $2,000,000, with terms ranging from 3 months to 2 years, structured to suit each borrower's needs. By working in partnership with our borrowers, we create financing solutions that are agile, efficient, and built on mutual trust.
